1/4 teaspoon of ground black pepper
1/8 teaspoon of celery salt
1/8 teaspoon of onion powder
2 pounds of Tilapia fillets

Broiled Tilapia directions:

The first step is to preheat the broiler of your oven so it is ready when you are finished with the preparations.
Use cooking spray to grease a broiling pan, or line it with aluminium foil.
Place Parmesan cheese, mayonnaise and the softened butter in a bowl. Pour the lemon juice over the ingredients and mix them all together.
Add the dried basil, the pepper, the celery salt and the onion powder to the mayonnaise mixture and merge carefully.
Put the Tilapia fillets in the prepared broiling pan.
Insert the broiling pan in the oven and broil the Tilapia fillets a few inches from the heat for approximately 2-3 minutes.
Turn the Tilapia fillets and broil them for a few more minutes.
Take the Tilapia fillets out of the oven and cover the tops of the fillets with the Parmesan cheese mix.
Insert the broiling pan in the oven once more and broil the Tilapia fillets until the topping has turned brown. The fish is ready when it is easy to flake it using a fork. It is important not to over cook the fish.
